Marlando Rhule - Director of Technology & Office Operations
Marlando Rhule joined ACT in June 2010 as the Information Technology Administrator. He now functions in the role of Director of Technology and Office Operations, which entails management of all technological concerns, strategies and initiatives for ACT, in addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HQ office. Marlando is a management professional with skills both in the technical intricacies of information technology management and the evolving challenges of operations management. Previously, he has served in Project and Operations Management roles for FedEx, Nike, and Target. He currently has Masters Degrees in Information System Management and Project Management, and is a PhD candidate.
