In addition, one of the easiest ways to provide support after your lifetime is to name ACT as a charitable beneficiary for any funds that remain in a bank, brokerage or life insurance account. This can be done with a change of beneficiary form or P.O.D. (Pay on Death) / T.O.D. (Transfer on Death) forms acquired from the institution holding the funds. Gifts earmarked for general operating purposes ensure that the gift is applied where it is most needed.
