The Amazon Conservation Team conducts its biocultural conservation projects exclusively within the tropical forests of Amazonia. Currently, ACT is officially established and operates in three South American countries: Brazil, Suriname, and Colombia. In each case, in-country conservation activities have been designed to address the most urgent needs of our partners and have been adapted to operate most effectively within their respective contexts.
The area map provided here demonstrates ACT's program areas. You can learn more about each country program and its projects by clicking on the appropriate area on the map.
